As Moderator for the Energy Session, Wayne brings a broad perspective to the table as this session explores the significance and availability of renewable energy resources around Atlantica. Wayne is a key member of the executive team transforming Emera into a diversified energy company. His responsibilities include business development, portfolio investments and corporate strategy. Recent developments include the Brunswick Pipeline and St. Lucia Electric Company.

Wayne is active in the Nova Scotia community serving on the Boards of Neptune Theatre, Atlantic Provinces Economic Council and Trade Centre Limited. Wayne also serves on the Board of ENTx Capital Corporation - a Calgary based private holding company. Wayne is an active member of the Atlantic Canadian Chapter of the Young President's Organization and in 2001, was honoured as one of Canada's Top 40 under 40.
