Weekend Conference Package
Fee

- Thursday night reception & dinner $125 per person (+ HST)

- Delegates may also register by downloading and printing the PDF Registration Form below. Please complete the form and fax or mail to the address shown below. Please enclose a cheque or money order payable to "Registration Solutions - Atlantica 2007" with your completed form or provide a MasterCard, Visa or American Express number for credit card payment.

Please Note: Registration Fees MUST be paid in full by 6:00pm, Wednesday, June 13th in order to attend the conference.
Cancellation Policy
- Registrations cancelled before Friday May 25, 2007 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee
- Registrations cancelled after Friday May 25, 2007 or failure to cancel will result in forfeit of full registration fee
- All notices of cancellation must be received in writing on or before the cancellation date listed above. Please mail or fax to the address given above.
