Conference Overview

Atlantica 2007 is a joint initiative of the Atlantic Provinces Chambers of Commerce (APCC) and the Nova Scotia Chambers of Commerce. The conference is to be held in Halifax, Nova Scotia, from June 14 - 16, 2007. Atlantica will provide an interactive discussion forum for the tourism, transportation and energy sectors. The 2007 conference will host delegates from the Chambers and Boards from both sides of the border together with business members and non-members from throughout the region. The conference will be open to a diverse group from all levels - small business owners, CEO’s, managers and executives, as well as Government representatives from the four Atlantic Provinces and the US Northeast.

Atlantica 2007's goal is to maximize the understanding of the unbridled potential of our cooperative economic region strategically located at the centre of one of the major global trading routes on the planet. The conference will also provide delegates a great opportunity to build relationships that will continue and grow after the completion of the conference. Atlantica 2007 will capture the attention and interest of business and political leaders from both within and outside the region, raising Atlantica's profile and assisting in its development.
